Tour guides will provide services based on the selected date, time, and tour type.

 

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information
  • Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
  • Follow local laws, regulations, and instructions from guides
  • Respect local culture and the guide’s professionalism

Aodai Tours is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the user.

 

3. Booking and Payment

  • All prices will be clearly displayed during the booking process
  • A booking is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed

If a system error causes incorrect pricing, Aodai Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking

 

4. Tour Guide Arrangements

All guides are local professionals with experience or certification

  • Aodai Tours may replace a guide in cases of emergencies, safety concerns, or unexpected circumstances
  • If severe weather or safety issues occur, tours may be adjusted or rescheduled

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. User Conduct

The user agrees not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Endanger the guide or other participants
  • Act in a way that disrupts or violates the tour experience
  • Abuse, threaten, or harass guides or staff

Aodai Tours may terminate the service immediately if user misconduct occurs.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

Aodai Tours is not responsible for:

  • Customer lateness or failure to appear
  • Personal injuries caused by user negligence
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Damages caused by third-party actions (including guides)
  • Unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or traffic disruptions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

 

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations
  • Public safety threats
  • Transportation interruptions

We will assist in rescheduling but cannot guarantee availability.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aodai Tours platform (text, graphics, images, branding) is owned by Aodai Tours.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content without permission.
